Building Body Confidence Health Coaching Program
Three-month health coaching program.
Two 1-hour sessions per month. Sessions can be made longer by special arrangement.
Your free health assessment will be the foundation of your coaching sessions. We provide a safe environment for you to share your hopes, fears, and goals for your health and fitness.
We build on this to:
Discover the root of your current nutrition and exercise mindset and habits,
Make recommendations customized to your needs, and
Guide you through establishing a new mindset and routines.
